• Transfer certificate with promotion to next grade- original & photocopy
• Final mark sheet -original & photocopy.
• CPR copy

I hereby agree to abide by the above rules and regulations and co-operate with the school. I understand that in the event of any delay/ rejection, the decision of the school shall be final and binding.
