I understand that school will confirm admission only after such approval being sought from the ministry and I need to submit the following documents in this regard:

• Transfer certificate with promotion to next grade- original & photocopy (with necessary attestation).
• Final mark sheet -original & photocopy.
• CPR copy / Passport Copy with Resident Permit

I hereby agree to abide by the above rules and regulations and co-operate with the school. I understand that in the event of any delay/ rejection, the decision of the school shall be final and binding.
