TRANSPORT FEE

  • It is chargeable term wise (except for the month of July and August) and is non-refundable.
  • Bus Fee BD 28.000 per month (within 15km) and BD 33.000 per month (beyond 15km).

The parents have the option to pay fees either at the school’s cash counter or at any branch of the following Banks in to school accounts as mention below.

While remitting the fees at the Bank, please mention Student’s Name, Class & Section on the deposit slip/ vouchers available in the bank. Please note that the school is not providing any pre- printed payment form. A photo copy of the deposit slip/bank’s voucher shall thereafter be submitted to the Account’s Department of the school for proper accounting.

Parents are requested not to send the fees with small children. School will not hold any responsibility for loss of money sent through the children and the parents alone will be fully responsibile for any such loss.

Notes :

Procedures to be complied for applying Transfer Certificate:

1. The application for TC will be considered effective only from the date of receipt of such  application by the school.

2. When the TC application is submitted in the course of a term, the entire term fee has to be paid irrespective of the number of days of attendance for the term: ie. if any TC application is received after the first term ends that is July 31st , the parent need to deposit the second term fee and if application is received after 30th November, the parent need to deposit the third term fee irrespective of the number of days of attendance for the particular term.

3. “No Dues Clearance” is a must before processing the application for TC. In case of any dues TC will not be processed. RD will be refunded only along with TC.

4. The TC will be processed within 7 working days from the date of last attendance of the child in the school provided all the dues are cleared. TC application received by second week of June only will be processed before summer vacation. Application received after the said date will be processed when the school reopens in September after the summer vacation.

5. The annual leave of two months and the winter break in December is considered as part of the concerned term as per the school calendar and the term fee is applicable to the full months of the term.

6.During summer vacation/winter break TC application can be sent through mail (Email ID: nmsedu@nmsedu.bh).

Refundable Deposit:

At the time of admission a refundable deposit of BD. 150/- has to be paid.The amount will be refunded when the child leaves the school after clearingall outstanding dues, if any, to the school.   The original refundabledeposit receipt should be submitted for the refund, otherwise BD.5/- will be deducted from the deposit.  Except the above mentioned refundable amount of BD. 150/- no other fees will be refunded at the time of withdrawal,subject to full payment of all dues.

Scholarship Scheme :

(Stream Options:Science,Commerce,Humanities)

A scholarship upto 75% is available based on the model exam grades for first term.

Scholarship Scheme for students seeking admission in Grade XI:

The Students can apply for Grade XI admission on the basis of marks scored in Grade X Board/ schools Pre- Board Examination.

  • First Three toppers of the school will be eligible for 100% Scholarship.
  • Those scoring 90% and above will be eligible for 75% scholarship.
  • Those scoring between 85 % and 89% will be eligible for 50% scholarship.

Note:

The scholarship can be upgraded or can be applied from second term onwards for those students who improve the result in the Board Examination.

To avail the scholarship benefit in grade XII,the student has to maintain an aggregate of minimum 75% in Grade XI.
